Delivery

We dispatch to all UK mainland addresses. Standard delivery is typically 2–4 working days. Many orders are picked, packed and shipped by our fulfilment partner in unbranded packaging. Delivery costs are shown at checkout.

Returns

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to request a return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items should be unused and in original packaging. Faulty or not-as-described items are covered by the Consumer Rights Act — contact us and we will put it right. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received.
