VAT registration number: GB 512245235. References to "Beauty Chest", "we", "us" or "our" in these terms mean VV LTD.

These terms govern your use of beautychest.co.uk and any purchase you make. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. An order is accepted when we send confirmation of dispatch.

See our Shipping & Returns page for delivery times and costs. Many items are dispatched from our fulfilment partner.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Under the Consumer Rights Act, goods must be as described and of satisfactory quality.

Cosmetics & Product Safety

All cosmetics we sell are genuine UK-market stock complying with the UK Cosmetics Regulation (labelling, ingredients and safety assessment rest with the brand or its responsible person). Products are supplied sealed and unopened; we never decant or re-bottle. Check ingredient lists if you have allergies and follow any period-after-opening guidance.
